Ready, Set, Groom!

Most groomers do not have the time to train your dog to undergo the grooming process. That is why we have created our Ready, Set, Groom! program to help ensure that your dog always has a stress-free grooming experience!

We are strong advocates for decision-based training. What this means is that instead of handling your dog to force them on the grooming table, we teach them how to do it on their own, and how to make the decision for themselves. This helps your dog to develop a positive association with the grooming process!

During each 1-hour Ready, Set, Groom! session, we only expose your dog to as much of the grooming process as they can handle that day. Each session thus covers a different part of the entire grooming process, and by the last, we do a full grooming! Throughout our Ready, Set, Groom! class, your dog will learn how to get on the table, how to be brushed, how to get into the bathtub, and more!

Ready, Set, Groom! is available as a 4-session package for $240, or as a 1-session add-on to our 6-session private puppy or situational training packages. This means that you are welcome to switch out 1 of the 6 sessions with a Ready, Set, Groom! session, or to add on an extra session for an additional $85.
